3. Healthcare Disclaimer

Vaert AI provides technological solutions and operational tooling designed to assist healthcare professionals. Our software is not intended to be used as a primary diagnostic tool or a substitute for professional clinical judgment unless explicitly stated and cleared by appropriate regulatory bodies (such as FDA or CE MDR).

4. Pilot Programs & Enterprise Deployments

Participation in pilot programs and enterprise deployments is subject to separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) where applicable. These terms supersede the website terms of service for related digital products.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vaert AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
